RETURNS POLICY

During sales we will not be accepting returns. If you have any queries or faults with your order please contact our customer service team via email: sndr_active@hotmail.com

We have a strict 7 day returns policy, any unwanted items must be returned to us within 7 days of receipt to be eligible for a refund/ exchange.

Returns outside of this deadline will be denied and returned to the customer.

To start the correct return procedure please email sndr_active@hotmail.com with your name, order number and item you want to return BEFORE returning. If you do not email us before hand we can not guarantee that your return will be processed or refunded.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Please use a tracked shipping method as SNDR ACTIVE LIMITED will not be responsible for items lost in transit when being returned to us.

If you choose to return your item, it must be sent back in the same condition you received it.

Items must be free of any stains/markings eg; Fake tan, Makeup, Deodorant, Pet hair/any hair.

All returns must be unworn, unwashed, and have the original swing tag in tact (certain items do not come with a swing tag)

We ask that when trying on the items it is done so with care to avoid any damage to the item. Damage due to ill fit will not be liable for refunds and SNDR ACTIVE LIMITED will not be held responsible, therefore please do not force any items on if they are not the correct size.

Unfortunately we are only able to accept returns and process a refund if the item is in immaculate condition.

When returning your item please make sure your order form is placed in the bag, if you have lost this then please write your name and order number on a piece of paper and place inside the bag.

If your name & order form is not included in the return parcel then we can not guarantee that your return will be processed or refunded.

Please allow up to 14 working days for your parcel to be returned to SNDR ACTIVE LIMITED. We will send you a confirmation email once your return has been processed. If you have not heard anything from us after the 14 working day timescale then please contact our customer service care team with your name, order number & details of returned items; sndr_active@hotmail.com

All refunds will be refunded back to the payment method / card used. You will not be refunded for the orginal shipping cost.

Sale items, Discounted purchases, gift card purchases & items in which the metal tag has become loose are non refundable.

RECEIVED A FAULTY ITEM OR THE WRONG ITEM

In the event that an item is faulty please email our customer service team sndr_active@hotmail.com with your name and order number, please also provide a picture/ description of the faulty item. You will be required to send the damaged item back to us before receiving a refund of the damaged item, we will not be responsible for the postage costs. We aim to check all of our products before sending them out to ensure that they are not faulty therefore If we feel like the item has been purposely tampered with SNDR ACTIVE LIMITED will not be held responsible and the faulty item will be sent back and the refund will be denied.

 

If you have received the wrong item or wrong size then please email our customer service team sndr_active@hotmail.com with your name and order number, and a description of the incorrect item. You will be required to send the item back to us before receiving a refund. We will not be responsible for the postage costs. Unfortunately at this time we can not offer exchanges.
